By accessing and using arcley you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

1. Description of the service

arcley is a SaaS platform designed for construction professionals offering: section-based budget creation, a customisable price database, and export in multiple formats (BC3, PDF, Excel, CSV).

2. Registration and account

  • You must provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Plans and pricing

  • arcley is currently free with full features for creating professional budgets.
  • This includes budgets, client management, custom price database and export in every format.
  • Your free account will remain free. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.
  • You may cancel your account at any time without penalty.

4. Intellectual property

arcley and all its content, design and code are owned by Salvador Alfocea Domínguez. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.

5. Data and artificial intelligence

  • Your data is not shared with other users or third parties.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time.
  • AI-generated suggestions are indicative and do not replace professional judgement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users' accounts, not to interfere with the operation of the service, and not to reproduce or distribute arcley content without authorisation.

7. Limitation of liability

arcley is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
